18 May Case Study: Desktop, Network and Application Monitoring
Our client was closing its office in which most of the IT support staff was located. The staff provided the network, desktop and application support for the bank. As they evaluated alternatives, they were faced with either finding and hiring replacement staff at another location, moving the existing staff, or pursuing some type of outsourcing option for their support requirements.
As myTECQ was already providing Managed Services to a variety of clients across industries, the bank asked us whether we could provide similar services for its particular situation and requirements. myTECQ initially provided the network support services as a first step. We documented the network and all devices and applications and provided support to meet the client’s needs across all time zones. Building upon this success, myTECQ then began providing the desktop support, including all application support, with the same high level of success and customer satisfaction.
